Bob Pockrandt is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker who has over 50 years of business experience including start-up, management and ownership. Bob has been a principal in Southwest Florida Business Brokerages since 1993. He has consistently year after year marketed and sold a variety of business for many clients ranging from service, retail, manufacturing and more. He has trained many through his firm to also be successful business brokers. Bob has been an executive in a Fortune 500 company and his General Management and many years of hands-on experiences makes him a very knowledgeable resource for both Sellers and Buyers.
Bruce Pockrandt is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker with active experience since 1983 in Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Distribution. He has extensive background in the Entertainment and High Tech Products industries employed by major companies in these fields. Bruce has experience in the selling of many different types of business including distribution companies, restaurants, retail, service business and many others. He enjoys working with people and helping them to find solutions to their problems in their pursuit of buying or selling of a business.
Jamie Aymerich is a licensed Real Estate Agent and a business savvy senior management professional with more than 30 years of business, management, and marketing experience. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and small start-ups and has vast hands-on business knowledge. Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Jamie has lived in SW Florida for 12 years. She graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) with a B.S. in Business and a M.S. in Technology Management. Jamie has been the VP of a lifestyle and business magazine in the area and is well connected with the Sarasota and Manatee business communities.
John Gough, following 5 years at sea with the British Merchant Navy and the Royal Naval Reserve, John joined Lloyds of London where he enjoyed a lengthy and successful career as a reinsurance broker and underwriting member. During this period he owned his own broking companies which were successfully sold. Subsequently, John and his wife have owned two manufacturing businesses in the USA; one in the gift industry and the other in steel fabrication. In 2000, after immigrating to the United States, Gough became involved in the business of mergers and acquisitions and business brokerage. John became a US citizen in 2009.
Rafael "Ray" Aymerich has been a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Florida for 10 years in the residential and commercial market. His professional career includes extensive knowledge of food service operations both in the restaurant and distribution sectors. He has held management, training and sales position in major Fortune 500 companies and has owned his own food service distribution company. Ray is involved in the local business and philanthropic community in SW Florida and is bilingual in Spanish. He has a B.A. from the University of Buffalo and holds advanced certificates in Business Management. Bryan Oberle is a licensed Florida Real Estate agent specializing in business acquisition and sales. Originally from Texas, he attended college at Trinity University, earning a double major in Finance and Economics in 2001. Brian Londergan is a licensed Real Estate agent and an experienced business advisor, and is also a former practicing CPA with extensive experience on both sides of business sale transactions in various industries. As a former CPA firm partner and owner in other real estate ventures, Brian is well prepared to assist you with your business sale transaction. Brian’s CPA career spanned 30 plus years and included experience as a family business advisor on financial and accounting issues, tax compliance and planning, and business succession. Brian has assisted numerous small and large companies on all aspects of merger and acquisition transactions from the planning phase, valuation, contract negotiations, due diligence procedures, financing, and post closing financial integration issues. Jose Toledo, is a licensed Florida Real Estate Associate and retired engineer with decades of business experience. He is originally from Venezuela, immigrated to the USA in 1998 and has been a resident of the USA ever since. He acquired an engineering degree from the University of Missouri in Columbus, Missouri. His experience in business as an entrepreneur in both Venezuela and the USA gives him the necessary skills in relating to Buyers and Sellers as a business broker who is also bilingual in Spanish.
Michael Mauer is a CPA, MBA and Licensed Real Estate Agent with extensive financial, operational and sales skills who led and managed a “Big 4 Accounting Firm’s” internal audit and risk management public accounting regional service line for 12 years and served as a Corporate Fortune 200 Vice President leading and responsible for Internal Audit, Sales, Marketing and Client Service. Acknowledged for developing creative marketing, sales and financial solutions and achieving superior results by using intuitive and “out of the box” thinking, business acumen and diversified technical skills in identifying root causes to issues and problems. He is a Fairleigh Dickinson University MBA graduate and a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) Florida, New Jersey, Indiana & Ohio. Michael brings his experience to the Truforte Business Group and has chosen to use his vast knowledge in assisting Buyers & Sellers in Mergers, Acquisitions, Exit Planning and Sales of Florida Businesses.
Scott Senne, D.C. is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker associate and Doctor of Chiropractic medicine whose focus with Truforte Business Group is on the consultation and brokering of Chiropractic practices and other healthcare practice sales. Dr. Senne obtained his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University. Dr Senne, through the assistance of a Business Broker, successfully sold his own well established practice before relocating to Florida. Before joining Truforte, Dr. Senne brokered several chiropractic practice sales throughout the state of Florida. He has lectured extensively on the subject of practice purchasing and sales through seminars and various forms of media.
